Hi, I'm Kindra.
I help women live better - physically and mentally.

In a world that often tells women to fit into neat little boxes, I have made it my mission to break those boxes open and give you the tools that support the REAL you - from the inside out.

Why Do I think I can Help You? 

I have over 20 years of experience in corporate, clinical, and private health management and programming. For 10 of those years, I owned a studio, coached national award-winning competitive dancers, and worked one-on-one with private clients. I've written for online publications, including ehow.com and livestrong.com. I’m an accomplished health coach, and with a BS in Exercise Science, my passion lies in how we work - specifically - how YOU work. 

My credentials speak for themselves but the real test to my knowledge is that I live it - every day.

  • We’re a neurodivergent household. 
  • A lifetime of treatment for chronic illness and complex health issues left me with more questions than answers. 
  • I understand the frustration when the things that “should” work - don’t. 

Things began to turn around for me when I stopped seeking answers "out there" and put myself in the driver's seat of my life - and my health. I needed to stop and listen to myself.
