- Transformation doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Growth is organic. Every day you are growing and learning new things. Feeling stuck and afraid is the catalyst for overwhelm. A goal is great to work toward, but what you really seek is the feeling your transformation will give you. Your path doesn’t have to feel scary or complicated and it’s closer than you think.
- Creating new habits doesn’t mean sacrificing your time or energy. You can get a plan anywhere on the internet these days. But, does it take into account chronic illness, neurodivergence, life as a single mom, life as any mom, or any other very real obstacle you find yourself facing every single day? That’s why I am the Queen of Baby Steps. Baby steps are a powerful habit accelerator…it’s like compound interest for your life. And having a life, a real, busy, chaotic life, doesn’t mean you can’t commit to your goals. Your habits become who you are, just another thing that happens, and not just another task on the never-ending to-do list.Â
- If past attempts have left you feeling misunderstood, lazy, unworthy, and like, somehow, you’ve fallen behind in life, just know that working with your body blueprint, instead of against it, will leave you feeling empowered, clear, and confident. You don't need more wellness trends that ignite fear, shame, and unhealthy relationships with food and yourself.
- Are you supposed to think positively, heal your gut, juice cleanse, or try this new supplement or treatment? Does the medical community know, does the holistic community know, does your neighbor down the street know? Do you even know anymore? Sometimes, it doesn’t feel like there is a whole lot of support.
